Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The 4th Future Military Pilot Training Conference takes place during ILA Berlin Air Show, 9-10 June 2010.

This year’s focus covers two major themes - Military Flying Training for rotary and for fixed wing aircraft and Training Services, including trainer aircraft, as seen by Germany, France, EDA, the UK and by industry. Also techniques for future networked training capabilities.

Future-oriented solutions for training and training services will be presented by the main Conference Sponsor EADS, by representatives from ECATS, Eurofighter and CAE Elektronik. Novel training concepts / programmes will be proposed by German Army Aviation - The Bückeburg Model - , also on Operations Training, then by EDA on AEJPT, presented by the Italian Ministry of Defence, then by the MoD UK on the UK Military Flight Training System and by the German Luftwaffe with respect to Training Programs and the Eurofighter training, all accompanied by industrial papers. A variety of interesting international themes invite you for discussion, sharing your views with Customers, Users, Industry.

This conference will provide:

1.   Ample opportunity to network with the speakers, their companies and organisations, thus making profit from the locational advantages offered by the ILA Berlin Air Show and taking advantage of the synergy effects between conference and exhibition.
     
2.   A wide span of outstanding, highly interesting themes, presented by Government Officials and Simulator Industry Experts, this year comprising experts from Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.
     
3.   Guidance for all delegates throughout the whole conference of two mornings by Hans Jürgen Merkle, Major General (ret.).
     
4.   Plus cover subjects such as "helicopter pilot basic training" and "helicopter preparatory operations training", new approaches towards the "training services for the FAF", future "AEJPT – jet pilot training" concepts and the industrial approach to it, and "performing flying training through partnership – the UK MFTS" project . Next day will see the GAF "aircrew training programs" and the "Eurofighter pilot training", accompanied by industrial papers. Finally, an insight is provided on a "European Synthetic Training Network".
